The goal of this project was to design an app that would allow users to signup and receive messages on a day to day bases. User would receive messages and alert for the treatment and medication that they were prescribed. Users also has the ability to track when medication taken on a day to day bases.

Along with the app, a User Interface (web application) was created to give the client the ability to track, add new treatments or medications, edit and add app content.
The client had the ability to track the following:

• Users that downloaded the app
• Treatments and medications
• View messages that were sent out to each users by user email or ID
• View both Adherence and Adverse that were reported by users

Disclaimer: All rights reserved to CDC. This app is not out in the market as of yet, however, development for both IOS and Andriod for phase one has been completed.

Role

As a UX Designer, I worked with the client too gather the requirements and end goal for the product. Completed an analysis and researched possible best approaches to meet both the clients (business) and end users goals. Created high fidelity mockups per requirements that were gathered. Created both iOS and Android onboarding instructions for app usage. Presented mockups and onboarding materials to the client for approval. Once approved I began working with the developers to start the development process by providing all necessary graphics.
